F1 ITEMS:
All the F1 items for sale,components,bodywork,clothing,race kit and other items (known from this point onwards as the ‘goods’) will be offered for sale in a ‘race used’ condition and may show signs of use & wear unless otherwise stated in the description. Every effort is made to accurately describe the goods in the description but the extent of the ‘race used’ wear may vary from item to item. Images of the goods for sale are included with the description,however in some instances library images may be used.
HEALTH AND SAFETY:
Caution must be taken at all times when handling F1 components and especially carbon fibre items. We suggest when handling these F1 items wearing suitable protective clothing/ gloves to avoid any potential injury. f1addictions.com does not accept any responsibility for injury from the mishandling of F1 components.
PAYMENTS:
f1addictions.com accepts secure online payments made through PayPal.
Bank transfers can be accepted in certain circumstances but only with prior approval by f1addictions.com
TITLE:
Title for the goods remains with f1addictions.com until payment has been received and cleared.
POSTAGE:
f1addictions.com aims to dispatch the goods within 5 working days after payment has been received and cleared.
The Postage and Packaging prices listed in the website do not include insurance.
Postal insurance is offered on all shipments but is available at additional cost. (normally between 1% to 1.5% of the item value using carriers insurance).
f1addictions.com will not accept any responsibility or liability for shipments that are lost or damaged where the customer has not taken up the option take up the insurance option.
All goods are dispatched using CCL Global Logistic Solutions which in turn utilise DHL International and UPS Europe, 2 of the best international couriers. We also offer a real time tracking facility to track your items upon dispatch.
All goods will require a signature on delivery to the address. f1addictions.com does not accept responsible for any additional delivery charges that may arise as a direct result of insufficient information being supplied by the customer; this includes both address and contact number. Collection in person can be arranged for the larger bulky items but only by prior agreement with f1addictions.com and after payment has been received and cleared.

Also, your access to the website may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. Additionally, note that when ordering from f1addictions.com, you the purchaser are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs and VAT authorities.
The published prices of the goods include VAT(TVA etc..) at the current rate for the United Kingdom and France.
PROHIBITION STATEMENT:
All F1 items are sold upon the condition that they are to be used for show, display or decoration only and are subject to a prohibition against future use for racing or automotive purposes.
REFUNDS and EXCHANGES:
Refunds or Exchanges will only be considered within 7 days on condition that the goods are returned in the original packaging and in the original condition at the time of purchase. Postage costs on returns are non refundable. Customers wishing to make a return must contact f1addictions.com for a returns number that must be included in the returned shipment.
